due to circumstances of change of mind on a item purchase, you are entitled to exchange or store credit to the same amount owned. Store credit will have no expiry.
- Refunds are not provided, unless the item is severely damaged provided by evidence. Once we have received the return item back and confirmed it meets with "Returns & Exchanges policy" the purchase price will be fully refunded excluding delivery charges.
- You must returned the item within 14 days of purchase to claim a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and kept in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
